Allergic diseases

Over the past decades allergic diseases have become incredibly widespread – 30-40% of the world population suffer from allergy. Doctors are especially troubled about the growth of allergic diseases among children as well as about the development of heavy non-typical forms of allergic diseases that are resistant to conventional therapies. Thus, the number of allergy cases, in particular atopic dermatitis, has doubled in the last 20 years. Nowadays, this disease is considered to be a hereditary, immuneneuroallergy, chronically relapsing inflammatory skin disease that has a heavy clinical course and makes a man suffer a lot. Advanced genetic studies of patients suffering from atopic dermatitis have not given any results. Core gene(s) responsible for the development of the atopic process in general (bronchial asthma, atopic dermatitis) have not been identified yet. Intensive researches in this area have resulted in the development of a large number of antihistamines and topical corticosteroids of the new generation.

Advanced genetic studies of patients suffering from atopic dermatitis have not given any results. In most cases they appear not to be effective enough for the treatment of atopic dermatitis. In addition, they have a number of side effects (the more effective is a preparation, the more side effects it has). Therefore, about 2/3 of patients are afraid to use them, and every fourth patient takes them wrongly, despite the fact that recurrent course of atopic dermatitis requires their continuous application. At the same time cancellation of these preparations tends to cause acute conditions of the disease.

A case from my practice 1. A 28-year-old woman asked me for help. She came and said, “Doctor, you are my last hope. I have two children, but my illness has already tortured me and my family so much that my mother and my husband told me, “You’d better die”. During the last 7 years periodic rashes on the skin of the body, arms, legs were troubling her.During the last 2 years, despite continuous treatment with all possible antihistamines and corticosteroids, the disease was rapidly progressing. In the past 6 months, in addition to skin rashes andintensive itching, the swelling of her face and neck as well as attacks of breathlessness accompanied by fear of death began to disturb her in the morning. These conditions could be stopped only through parenteral introduction of high doses of prednisolone, so every day it was necessary to call the ambulance.

The patient was irritable and nervous all her life. However, in recent monthsshelost her temper without any reason more often; she noted despair and fear. She suffered from insomnia and often had nightmares. Everlasting weakness and lack of ability to work made her think of suicide, and, at the same time, she had a pronounced fear of death.

After the first dose of the homeopathic remedy her skin rashes began to disturb much less, the intensity of itching also reduced. In a month there was no need for the emergency services, because neither swelling nor asthma disturbed her. The patient gradually stopped taking antihistamines and corticosteroids. Other complaints listed above also disappeared.

Homeopathic treatment took nearly a year. In 10 years she came to me again – this time there was a problem with her grandson. When I asked her about the allergy, she answered that allergy had not troubled her any more. She simply forgot about it.

Analysis of the medical history of other patients has also shown sufficient efficacy and safety of homeopathic therapy for curing atopic dermatitis as well as allergic rhinitis and bronchial asthma (3-20 year observation).

A case from my practice 2. I remember a 20-year-old guy suffering from severe allergy whom I failed to cure for several months, although I had had experience in treating this disease and it seemed to me that the treatment should not be prolonged. Only after my insistent targeted survey the guy confessed that he had suffered from gonorrhea. Tactics of homeopathic treatment was corrected and soon the guy began to recover. Allergy does not trouble him for more than 7 years.
